I used their services from Delhi International Departure for domestic luggage transfer. Excellent services. On time delivery. Stuff reached safely. Highly recommended 👍 Some points to note: 1. It’s NOT at arrival terminal. 2. It’s in Departure terminal, where you need to show air tickets (flight departure in next few hours) to enter. And once you’re in, you can’t go out. 3. Charges start from 100 per kg for road parcel & 200 per kg for Air parcel. They also measure the size of your box. In my case, sum of length, width, height made it 1.5 times than charges per weight. ~Rs. 150 per kg. But still reasonable than Airline excess luggage charges.

Initially I was a little skeptical and booked a slot for only a small luggage as I was not sure about the luggage pick up and policy. But now I can say happily that the service was extremely good as the luggage was packed properly and there were not a single scratch on the luggage. The best part was the timeline for delivery. Excellent service!!! Would definitely recommend to others. They were very accomodative with my shipment. I needed the shipment to be delivered to an Avaan godown nearest to Delhi airport so that I can collect it myself and catch my connecting flight. Domestic flights allow only 1 check in luggage. It was way cheaper to ship via Avaan than to pay excess baggage fees to the airline

The service is really good.The pickup was done on time and delivery also in reasonable time.Received all the feedback like when booked the only thing you should do is while delivering you should call me up , because we don't know when you will be delivering.The chances are that when you come no will be there to take, otherwise your service is really good

This is such a innovative service and really liked the idea. I booked this service through MakeMyTrip while booking my flight. Before this it has been a hectic plan to carry all the luggage and calculate the weight. This made it easy. Just as a small feedback, customer care numbers were not responding and even emailing them didn't help. My pick was not done on the scheduled date which worried me and I was trying to contact desperately. At the end of the day I got a call from courier partner and then pickup was scheduled for the next day (that is, not on the scheduled day). Otherwise service is good.

First i was very skeptical regarding hw the service would be. But the package was picked up on scgeduled date and time and also reached the destination as informed. However i would like more communication from Avaan's end in form of sms to keep us informed on who the delivery person is, whn or what time will be the pick up, aftr pickup was done i had no idea what was going on. I had to follow up.myself to make sure evrythi was safe. So if this communication is worked on it would be an overall fabulous service to use.

We are a senior citizen couple thoroughly worried about how to carry our excess luggage from Gurgaon to Hyderabad. I came across the news coverage of AVAAN EXCESS BAGGAGE opened at T3 terminal of Delhi. Searched the net and posted a mail asking help for door to door coverage. After 2 days received a call of the company who explained the charging process and gave me contact number to directly arrange the booking. Nearer to the date of travel I tried to contact but couldn't get through. Little panicked again surfed the net to find a contact detail. Finally got through and the representative explained the booking process with online payment. Surprisingly thereafter the process became very smooth. We managed to shift 6 bags in surface courier and another 4 bags through air. All of them landed safely and delivered to my door. Thanks to Avaan for creating such a useful platform for making travel or shifting easy even for an elderly couple like us. Only suggestion is timely response to emails if possible which will facilitate further smooth business. All the best.
